"Overall, I would say that Trish is a wonderful person to work for. She is somebody who is rare - when it comes to running an entire company. She legitimately cares about each and every single one of her employees, gives praise when it is needed and goes out of her way to compensate us properly. She has bought gifts for the children in our families, helped those who have struggled and gone above and beyond. Although she is somebody who micro-manages to the extreme, she is a pleasure to work for"
