"Tripp Lite makes incredible products, and does a ton of great things in the Chicago area. However, for a company that is high on innovation, the employment situation is very 20th century. This, I feel, provides a strange dichotomy. Wanting to use digital marketing to drive sales in a setting that isn't conducive to it is difficult."
