"The company has a problem with senior leadership. The President of the company is capable and has in depth industry knowledge. However the remaining executive management team has little capability to lead, is more interested in empire building than ensuring the success of the company. Specifically the CIO seems to be more interested in shaking hands and kissing babies while attempting to position himself to take over for the president when he retires."
