"I thoroughly enjoyed my time working at Tripadvisor. I came in as a contract recruiting coordinator and with the help of the exceptional recruiting team was welcomed with open arms as a permanent employee after nine months. The environment and culture at Tripadvisor are second to none, but it's the people that make it so amazing."
"Tripadvisor is a compelling and innovative product, with super smart people in every team."
"My managers and the departments that I worked with are filled with excellent people who have an extraordinary range of skill sets."
"I've worked for Tripadvisor for the last 7+ years. It's has a really good culture the helps individual to grow."
"Great people and culture. Flexible hours and free lunch."
"Overall sales managers are compensated very well at TripAdvisor with the average base salary of $100k and commission and bonus at goal equal to base. The accelerators in exceeding goal are where you really make a lot of money but they can be hard to attain through no fault of your own and merely a change in the overall business landscape. I did find that the commission and bonus compensation to vary dramatically with the TripAdvisor portfolio of companies with earning being much easier within some sales teams than others. Great benefits and overall great place to work, just be careful as to who you report to, their goals and the tools in which they give you to be successful"
