"Walk away while you can. This company and its management will work you into the ground - 60+/80+ work weeks and never even say Thank you."

What don't you like about working at Trion?

"management knowledge was lacking, management was either totally uninvolved, or over involved and controlling. Clients were mis-managed and not allowed to be managed. Reporting relationships created tension among groups and caused tasks to take too long to complete. Customer satisfaction was down and out of control."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Practice what you preach. Manage out low performers."
