"Most of all, I feel there's no passion and drive. The workplace is uninspiring and our middle to upper management changes their minds on what they want over and over."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire leadership that is more interactive with the employees. In a creative environment, there should be more collaboration, and from that, informative decisions among managers based on input of the employees. I'd create a structure where only a few people make the big decisions of the design, rather than design decisions by committee."
