"When I look for a position I round though the facility, take time to talk with the residents and staff. I observe the environment, note if there are any odors, how the residents are dressed, ask them if they are happy, what activities they enjoy. I take time to listen to them and what they would like to change. Food is extremely important. At all of the facilities I have been in I spend time in the kitchen to ensure that our standards are excellent."
