"I have been part of Trinity Health for over 3 years. So many locations are great, but the Kentwood facility deals with hourly employees so management micro-manages and is so quick to point fingers. An employee in this culture spends more time looking behind them to make sure a finger is not being pointed at them then they are looking forward to move the organization in the good direction."
