"Just completed 20 years. Started as a Helpdesk Representative then move to Desktop Support. Was given the opportunity to lean application packaging while doing desktop support. That allowed moving into an Application Packaging Analyst position. Eventually that became an Application Packing Engineer position. Trinity Health has allowed me to move up albeit slowly. I had to work very hard to get recognition of my abilities and usually was assign work at a level below of what I had to offer. I had to push to get to do work at my ability level and let out of the box it was put in. Praises were often given for above average work I did, but not reflected in reviews or raises which most often were just average. My current Supervisor has been excellent, encourages and allows me to take on challenging out of the box work and reflects that in my reviews and compensation."
"I worked at Trinity Health in the onboarding department. It was a fast-paced environment but very team-orientated. Everyone was very helpful and would assist in any way possible."
