"Worked there for two years. Owner has no respect or consideration for his employees. Raises never materialized, commissions were forgotten, and benefits kept getting reduced year after year. After two years of putting everything into the department, increasing their sales, and being the sole person in that department that made it, I was let go over petty personal reasons."
