"The opportunities for increased earnings, responsibility, and title are very limited. On the positive side, the company is flexible with scheduling, particularly those attending classes. This company should only be used as a stepping stone for bigger and better things.This company is terribly mismanaged at the operations level. Many of the managers are incompetent and most have little to no involvement with their respective departments.Company communication is horrendous."

"Very unorganized- needs to automate more. To much spending-"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Major cost cutting-reduce vendors, consolidate-cut employee last minute expenses, such as travel, cell phones, etc.. -have preferred providers for reduced rates and plans. Expenditures were out of control with no person overseeing. Must have more standards and processes across the board."
