"The opportunities for increased earnings, responsibility, and title are very limited. On the positive side, the company is flexible with scheduling, particularly those attending classes. This company should only be used as a stepping stone for bigger and better things.This company is terribly mismanaged at the operations level. Many of the managers are incompetent and most have little to no involvement with their respective departments.Company communication is horrendous."

"Major cost cutting-reduce vendors, consolidate-cut employee last minute expenses, such as travel, cell phones, etc.. -have preferred providers for reduced rates and plans. Expenditures were out of control with no person overseeing. Must have more standards and processes across the board."

"the best experience I had was meeting several co-workers and my first manager. He is great, but was demoted to a field rep ,because he didn't know what he was doing. Although he was the most consistent honest manager there could ever be."

"Don't. You too will find yourself in a very negative position and, if you are industrious and a good national accounts manager, you will find yourself fired."

What don't you like about working at Trinity Biotech?

"I disliked nearly everything about the company. The products were mediocre, the management at the top was brutal, dishonest and only in it for their personal gain. In my last position, I was covering nearly half the US, but I was told that I could not work the most lucrative areas."
