"TRIMARK has a national presence. However, the office in Irvine, CA where I’m based has a corporate culture that is not in keeping with values that are consistent with other companies I’ve been associated with. Misleading clients is not something I can be a part of. There has been a mass exodus of talented people seeking employment elsewhere because of the shared concern of the unethical practices. I can only hope that the home office will recognize their short comings and make the appropriate changes before it’s too late."

There has been a tremendous growth in the last 40 years and the company has undergone a large evolution and there has been a huge cultural change good and bad both. Overall the company culture is good and has a flat hierarchy."
