"I thoroughly enjoy working with the core management team. They communicate with the employees and seek out your opinion on matters that directly affect the company as a whole."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The staffing requirements are very specific and sometimes are not conveyed as such. Make sure you as a candidate fit the position requirements. You have all the necessary tools in your box to hit the ground running. That is type of positions we fill. The client doesn't want to waste a lot of time spent on traing because when they contact TTI it is already an emergency."

What don't you like about working at Trillium Teamologies?

"The current market that TTI is trageting is the specialty market leaving other companies to fight over the large volume placements. TTI is a Microsoft Gold Managed Partner which requires agressive sales approaches to targeted customers for not only software sales but application development and support. The economy is also hurting efforts in this arena."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management needs to define what is the core business opportunities that is afforded TTI and how best to pursue them."
