"Treat all employees equally. Have feasible deadlines, even if that means hiring more employees to do the job."

"Fun, interesting work. The students are hard-working and often make you proud ot be an educator of such excellent future nurses."

"Interviews are one-on-one with the lead instructor and tend to be informal and relaxed."
What don't you like about working at Trident Technical College?
"Despite having a contact with specific clinical dates listed through the end of the full semester, a full time faculty member was hired and took my second fast-forward semester job with only a few weeks notice."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"If you require employees to sign contracts, they should be binding for both parties. This was a very misleading contract."
"TTC is a good place but not the best college I have worked at."

"Flexibility of schedules and I love teaching"

"Make sure you understand the pay system and the benefits package before you start. Realize also that the state requires you to be on campus 30 hours per week, whether you have anything to do or not."
What don't you like about working at Trident Technical College?
"The administrative atmosphere is not as good as what it could be. The leadership in the math department strongly resists change. We are also being required to change student retention and success even though some of problem has statistically been shown to be with the student."

"Listen to the people doing the job instead of trying to be like other colleges. Be more open to new ideas and technology."
