Trico Homes Employee

"I worked at Trico Homes as a Sales Associate for 5 months. The job requires lots of work outside of hours but rewards you for doing so. The job requires you come in 2-3 times a week to head office, and 5-6 days in the showhome for 6 hours. Great if you have experience and will move up quickly, but to be stuck in a 33k a year job for this much work for a long period will be extremely taxing. Since my time here, 2 of the 17 associates have already left on stress leave. Not to be taken lightly!"
