"If you don't like being watched every minute of every day and asked if you're doing something every few minutes, don't bother."

What don't you like about working at Triangle Biomedical Sciences?

"There are quite a few folks who are more interested in gossip than in their jobs, and a couple who are actively vindictive and will work to muddy your name if they decide one day that they don't like you. There is rampant sexual harassment in this company and nobody does anything about it. The president of the company is a nice guy and knows his stuff but is absolutely not interested in confrontation and therefore will not do anything about complaints.Also, this company is a manufacturer of histology lab equipment and claims to be an innovator - however, I don't think the CEO would know innovation right now if it walked up and smacked him across the face. Every piece of equipment the company currently sells is a copy of something they've seen elsewhere."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"First off - there are several people in management positions who need to be watched more closely, as they are part of the problem. Second, ensure that any complaints are investigated and handled promptly and with tact. Third, don't waste your best employees. Fourth, stop copying everybody else's equipment and create something of your own."
