"I worked for Triad from May 2019 to August of 2019. Highly unorganized, poor leadership, support and management. Pour communication, no accountability and lack of concern for schedule , Ordinance requirements . I had to expense job material out of my own pocket. Project management would not correct problems with sub contractors. This company lacks leadership, character and there is absolute neglect of duty to meet contract schedule. I do no recommend anyone to work for this company that is looking for a good work environment and longevity ."
