"The fact that you're really not an account manager...you're a glorified telemarketer. Management does care about the employees all they can about it covering themselves with corporate."

"Get rid of your current managers & most of your account managers and start again. This time hire quality managers and reputable account managers...it may take a while but you will eventually have a quality operation."
