What do you like about working at Trend Micro?
"I enjoyed working from home. It was extremely freeing and gave me the opportunity to get more done as I was able to work a typical 8-5 but after the family went to bed I was able to clock back in and do some extra works. 25-50% travel enabled me to see various parts of the United States while still being home enough to have a nice family life."

"They are getting rid of all engineering positions and keeping only architects in the US. So, if you are a developer or QA, look elsewhere. If you have a Phd and call yourself an architect you stand a chance at a great future here."

"Micro managers. No value for engineering expertise. Treats engineers as commodities. Innovation - what's that"

"No suggestions. Management needs to learn from their own mistakes and it will happen in time."
