"I've worked for Tremron since 2013. The company is growing quickly, thus creating some growth issues within their organization. Business is growing, however the company has not grown with the business. It's a privately owned company that needs to reorganize to properly address issues within. They are lacking properly trained managers in operations, HR and maintenance. A lot of status quo going on here, i.e., that's the Tremron way. Focused on pure numbers and not their employees. Production employees do not receive paid holidays off, however all office staff do. This has created a hostile work environment and disgruntled employees with a serious morale issue that has been a challenge to overcome. Operations is good at not delivering on promises made, a lot of misdirection with applicants. Applicants are told one thing during the interview process and once they accept are told something else with a promise to get to it at a later date and it never materializes. Big turnover in personnel."
