"In succinct words, don't work here. I plead that you don't. It has a high turnover rate, pay is low for the demand they ask for you, when you meet said demands they ask for more and get mad when you don't. They say they want to "empower" us to come up with ideas and think outside the box, but since I've been there every idea that was brought up by us were turned down. Most managers are very reactive and get very mad when things don't go their way. I remember one of them swore to fire someone in front of everyone if they so much as touched the seatpost of a bike. I've seen a lot of good people leave because their mental health was really affected. I worry about the other colleagues still there. It's not worth working here and what's more I have no idea how these individuals became managers."

"I've worked here for 17+ years. They offer a large number of benefits for their employees. Employee turnover is very low. A number of employees are in the 20-year club. Management has done a great job to remove walls between departments. The goal is to make the best bike possible. It's a great place to work."

"I worked at Trek Bicycles from late 2008 to early 2014. The company as a whole was a great place to work. The atmosphere and people that you worked with were amazing and some of which are still great friends of mine. The pay is very low compared to what you can make with other companies but they try and make up for them with discounts and the overall company setting. Moving up in the company can be very difficult and they don't always promote the best option, they use seniority."
