"I love that I have a say in what gets done, can choose the technologies used (within reason), and can publish the work I create within minutes of writing it. They are super flexible and understanding."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Don't waste their time if you're not qualified. Go in and answer truthfully. If you're a good fit, they'll see it and take you."
What don't you like about working at Treelinegroup?
"It's hard to say that I don't love everything about it, but it'd be nice to have better benefits, regular bonuses or raises, and faster machines/internet."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Nothing, really. You guys are pretty good. Just do more fun company things, I guess. Lagoon once a year and a dinner for Christmas is nothing to scoff at, but I dunno-- I'd like to be informed more of the company's progress and goals."
