"Do you really expect good data from forced participation? It would be better if you just filled the positions took your cut and stopped your disrespectful behavior towards working people."
"TreeHouse Foods is a leading producer of private label foods, across multiple categories, in North America. TreeHouse Foods mission is to make quality food available and affordable to all."
"My last position as Production Manager at Treehouse Foods in Buckner Kentucky was almost 7 Years. The company has approx. 50 plants nation wide. The focus of Treehouse is to produce a high quality product, safe and efficiently. The company also invests time in it's people through good communication channels and training initiatives. The plant at Buckner Kentucky employed 325 employees. The company continues to grow and was great to be apart of their team. The reason I parted ways was because I was a stranger in a strange land and wanted to be closer to family. So I relocated to the Tampa Florida area in search of a new career"
"The environment at Treehouse Foods is excellent in other facets but not IT. Upper management has poor leadership skills and is more worried about perception rather than timely completion and user satisfaction."
"Corporate came in a year after they bought out Conagra Foods, announced they were closing our plant, we produce more snack mix & pretzels for private brand labels. One year after they announced our closure, they closed our plant putting 300 plus employees out of work. They didn't even so much as offer placement within any other plants."
"Longstanding acquisition organization trying to make transformation to an operating company but, decisions and strategies are short sighted. Consistently cash strapped thus forcing site and division managers to make poor financial decisions. Narcissistic leadership style is tolerated which is pushing the "A" talent to other companies."
"The company management is very poor. It's as if the remote management has no ides of how manufacturing facilities actually operate. They stopped selling product and started cutting workers and refusing to pay for maintenance. They believe that people 2000 miles away with no production experience can "paint by numbers" to run procedures they don't understand. The fact that they are closing plants and laying off most of the workers shows how badly the company is being manages."
"I worked for Treehouse Foods for the last year and they are a very good company to work for."
