"Their motto is practice the golden rule which management does not do. File a complaint about your manager and wow you're position is eliminated."

"They need a local CEO with strong experience and is willing to get rid of some of his friends for people who want to work and improve the company."

"The people. All bank associates were true team players and are very supportive of one another."

"Their product development. The bank would develop a product through eyes of an associate using bank terminology that often caused confusion to banking clients and would often terminate their relationship with the bank."

"Management needs to invest more on listening to the clients feedback and advice. More often than not, the client would express their interest in a particular product, but would often find it difficult to use."
