Trayer Switchgear Employee

"I worked at Trayer Engineering from 2014-2019. In that time I had a supervisor for maybe 9 months total, not all at once. Typically the supervisor was forced into the role and did not even want it. The sales team oversold on time commitments and what we were capable of achieving. Without supervision, there was no room for growth. We were undervalued for the area. Only upside, the people I worked with were good people, but that was just luck of the draw."
