"Not giving some employees any consideration based on their performance/seniority before making tough decisions such as layoffs and chances at advancements or new responsibilities are very limited."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"More attention should be spent on improving and maintaining employee morale. Benefits need improvement such as 401K and others."
