"Excellent place to work. Great Management team and people to work with. Benefits are the best in the insurance industry, if not any industry."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be passionate about your past experiences and be a good listener. Underwriting is about relationship building. If your passionate / a good listener / and like working in a team you don't need any advice from me. You'll do fine. PS: yes, the interview process is worth it!!!"

What don't you like about working at USLI?

"USLI is the best at what they do, underwriting Low Risk / Low Premium accouns."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Keep up the good work. The only reason that I left was to take a shot at manual underwriting large national accounts."
