"Everything. The company is first class. They invest in their employees especially when an employee wishes to better themselves. Management from the Regional president down will know you, greet you and call you by name even if they only see you once a year. My manager was extraordinary. He taught me many things, gave me autonomy to run my building, offered advice, respectful and honest when I was wrong, a good working relationship and a good friend"
