"Simply put, leadership at this company does not accomplish its main responsibility, which is identifying priorities and delegating tasks to staff accordingly. The office is instead a dysfunctional habitat which generates little revenue and, as a result, cannot afford to pay its employees a stable wage. Paychecks were late, morale was low, and asking for help was often met with disciplinary action rather than assistance."
