"TransUnion (TU) is a amazing organization as being one of the 3 large US based credit bureaus. The TU Healthcare vertical is currently going through restructuring, however the future will work out well, provided they are able to ensure they hit their numbers with the current Covid-19 pandemic. Due to the loss of revenue, restructuring was inevitable. I still believe the company will prosper in the future."
"Good Company to work for,"
"Good compensation. Lack of internal promotion. Managers prefer to hire from outside ignoring internal candidates."
"I've worked for TransUnion for the past five years. The company truly cares about its employees and focuses on promoting from within. I've been able to gain a lot of professional experience and career development opportunities by working here."
"I've worked with TransUnion as an intern for over 10 weeks. It was great experience with lots to learn. The company culture is very amicable and start-up like. Would definitely recommend."
"I have worked for Transunion for almost 4 years from 2016. I find it a very professional, secure and well run company that is diverse and cares for its employees. The work and business culture is very good and inspiring to come into work everyday."
"I have worked at Transunion since 2010. They bought out the company that i was working for. They are a global company that does well in employment engagement."
"I have worked for TransUnion for almost 3 years. This company truly understands and cares about work/life balance. You have the flexibility to come in earlier in the morning to end your day early in the office if needed. TransUnion has a family type culture in the office. All of your coworkers are always willing to help and/or collaborate on projects when needed. TransUnion offers great perks when it comes to rewarding their employees: team outings, team happy hours and team lunches! TransUnion offers some of the best benefits when it comes to health insurance, 401K and personal growth."
"Stay away from information security. The top level management of this team is causing talent to drop like flies. There is a VP that brought fear-based management style to the organization that has great influencing power at the very top. The VP is the de-facto CISO that runs information security - the actual CISO follows his lead! This has caused strife and there is no unity between teams under the infosec umbrella. Many have been unjustifiably terminated. Many have already have jumped ship in droves. There are a lot of infosec positions currently open at TU. This is not to build up the team, but to back fill open positions. HR is either blind or not paying attention to what is going on because nothing seems to be getting done. Get rid of the bad apples at the top, they are ruining the organization! You've been warned!"
