"Don't over inflate your abilities, what you are hired for, you will be expected to perform. Work hard, ask questions and be a professional."
What don't you like about working at Iron Mountain Digital?
"Simply, the pay. I could not support my family on the salary I had. It was a very difficult decision to leave, I found a place that offered me every opportunity to succeed. Someday I hope to return to Iron Mountain and continue my career in the Transportation Department."

"I worked for Arnie Padilla. A great General Manager and a wonderful human being. He is the standard."

"Go to internet or wireless based transmission, to subscribers that have Electronic newspaper devices, cell phones, and computers. Provide a platform to sell, and give rebates to customers that would like to buy electronic newspaper devices."
