"at least reviews and salary increases seemed pretty across the board for everyone on a yearly basis. I did learn a lot that I later applied to my position at another company. a very young international atmosphere."

"you will work hard, you might have some fun doing it. if you are in production, it's sink or swim. strongly suggest getting on the sales side, there seem to be more opportunities for growth there."

"turnover turnover turnover in production. management- or lack of experienced managers in production.for the most part, not a lot of growth opportunity in production."
