"I worked as a Project Consultant (sales) to Transform until December 2019. Overall it was a great place to work. My position was 100% commission pay. This is only an issue in the slower months (winter projects almost come to a halt). The management has a great vision for the company, but they have had some bumps during the transition (they changed from Sears to Transform within the last year). The 3 week training period is great. I have no major complaints about working here."
