My professional experience includes working with multilateral development banks in projects such as drinking water infrastructure, rural and urban sanitation and integrated mass transit systems. I have acted as Interim Governor and Lieutenant Governor of Bolivar (in Colombia), Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Universidad de Cartagena and Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Universidad of Bellas Artes.
