"As with any startup, Transactly, has it's growing pains with management, culture, and structure. If the company could act as a team that worked together toward the same goal a lot of culture and collaboration could improve. It hurts the most when the business changes direction during development and features are rolled back that causes morale to breakdown. A lot of great people there, unfortunately, just working in opposite directions."
