"I have worked for TRAK for many years. Up to 2013 TRAK had a good caring management and leadership team. In 2013 that all changed. The company is now managed by folks that will lay off people based on the seasonal revenue profile, and have very little care for the employees. There is SO much pressure to produce with so few actual assemblers, yet leadership does not listen. Too much stress, unhappiness, fear, etc."

"The lack of training new employees was not good with the new people. Overall it is very bad and uneasy to talk to management and also HR."

"The people in the company are excellent talented engineers, however, there seems to be an imbalance in the methods that projects tasks are delegated. this causes strife among employees because the concept of being part of a cohesive team is diluted into the business aspect of making sure the customers are happy and all the deliverable have been received."
