"I have been with the company for several years and started here fresh out of college. It has been a great but challenging experience so far. The starting salary for salespeople is competitive and it is nice to not have to worry about making commissions right away while you are learning. Sales leadership is highly interested in getting you up to speed quickly and spend a lot of time training you personally. But you have to have thick skin in any sales role. Sales is ultimately what you make of it and requires a great deal of hard work and persistence. I don't agree with the negative reviews on here and sounds like they just had a personal bad experience. I don't think it is representative of the overall company. Sometimes people just have bad experiences because they weren't performing the way they were expected to. Sales is high pressure. You are responsible for the revenue of a company. And if you aren't producing revenue then you aren't doing your job. It's really that simple. The nature of the contracts in the business doesn't allow commissions to be paid the way some have suggested. These are long term contracts and to expect to be paid for years to come or up front on contracts that may not expire for years is preposterous. This role is built for longevity and many have been in their roles for many years and make very high incomes because of that commitment. This isn't a quick-buck kind of sales role. It's a very young atmosphere as well and there are a lot of great people working here. The company has a very low turnover in sales from what I can see. I've been here a few years and maybe have seen about 5-10% turnover in sales and the majority of them were resignations of trainees because they just didn't like sales. Personally, I think it's a good place to work in general and a good place to start your career. If you do the right things, you can have a very long, lucrative career here."
