What do you like about working at Tracker Marine Group?

"I was responsible for all the indirect spend for 7 manufacturing plants who, historically had all operated independently. My job was to pull them together, leverage the spend, lower the supply base, and cut out the waste."

"It is a good company with lots of opportunity for cost savings."

What don't you like about working at Tracker Marine Group?

"When the economy went south, so did boat sales and our dealers could not get loans to purchase their fleets, resulting in major layoffs."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Continue to pull together all the plants and operate as one company."
