"At the begining of my carrer I liked the family atmosphere at the company but things changed as the company grew."

What don't you like about working at Tracer Technologies?

"As the company grew the atmosphere changed. It became more about the profit than how the employees were treated. They laid off some of the most dedicated workers because they were making good money that they have earned through biyearly raises throughout their careers and then were replaced by new employees with no experience at practicaly minimum wage."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The midlevel managers were always micromanaged and were Lisnten to midlevel mangement they were seldomly given a chance to run things the way that was the best for the company. It had to be the upper level managements way. It was an if you don't like it get a new job type of attitude."
