3 I joined this company last year when I learned that an associate of mine had become a vice-president of IT, and left shortly after he announced that he was leaving. On the IT side, there are basically a handful with long tenure who view new programmers and occasionally useful for data entry.

3.1 TRAC is a small to medium sized private company and is still evolving and going through growing pain. For the size of the company it provides a decent employee support and benefits but not the best. Company was recently sold to a new venture capitalist and the stability of employment is in doubt. While it has a good overall culture , the employee experience is tied to the personality of changing management. In my opinion, company needs to go through a major change management to adapt in modern corporate world and to attract and retain good talent. Having said that I am grateful for TRAC to give me an employment home for last few years closer to home.

3 Failure in the upper management to lead by example. Some c-level executives can not have the hard discussions and let things fester.
