What don't you like about working at TPI Billing Solutions?
"The private owner is not trustworthy and is not honest in the way he deals with customers nor his employees. He has a real problem with nepotism having both his adult children involved in the company. He has only one customer and has a poor reputation in other business opportunities such as medical billing and debt recovery. The owner does not have a focus and has no understanding of the sales cycle. He makes decisions without input and is dictatorial in his dealing with employees. The HR department does not protect all employees, but simply follows the whims and wishes of the owner. Not a good company."
