"Management started micro-managing department. People started leaving and company did not want to offer additional products. Not all companies could use our products."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management needed to be more relaxed with employees and not micro manage the inside sales department.. People did not purchase these products everyday. It was long drawn out sales process."
