"They lied to me from the beginning because I answered an ad on KSL that stated if hired, there is a $4,000 guarantee per month or commission, whichever is higher. After 3 days on the job, Lance called me to the desk and made me sign an altered guarantee of $2,500 per month. I had no choice and signed it! Nowhere in the ad did it say $4,000 for inexperienced sales associates only, in fact, they don't hire inexperienced sales associates! Then after a week, I receive my first pay check and they had deducted $51 for my sales license, yet they never told me they do that?!?! I worked at Ken Garff and that wasn't done there, however Lance said, "were not big like Ken Garff, but we are better" I said "my pay check sure isn't better". They charge for any food or drink from the cafe, yet they tout in the interview how you don't have to leave the building for lunch because there's a cafe right here, but hey neglect to tell you they charge for anything you get including a small cup of coffee!!! I asked for company shirts and then found out they charge $30 per shirt so I didn't do that! After I was hired I was told I had to buy my own laptop for the job?!?!? If a company cannot provide you a computer to do your job, turn around a run! I should have known this was the wrong job when after I was hired I was told that! They should have told me in the interview! These people are not honest! And, talking to the other employees, they are miserable and are only there for their health care, which is really sad!"
