What don't you like about working at Toyota?

"Truly, nothing negative to say. I could continue working daily status quo. However, I do believe if the changes were made that I stated in What would you do differently would be beneficial for all including the bottom line."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Restructure day to day operations including training sessions between mid level managers and sales staff creating accountability and eliminating complacent behavior which would in turn increase productivity and sales. Stream line and simplify pay plan. Revise weekly work schedules for general sales staff for continuity, freshness and employee retention. Create and implement Team Building Programs."

My relationships with my coworkers have easily grown over time to the point where we have begun to feel like a family. The tools used to conduct our audits however leave room for improvement. "Be more on the human side of the employer considering the long time away from family."

"The hours are tough. There is very little personal time in this business. I am ok with working a lot of hours, but there is very little time to even handle personal affairs."

"Try to build moral a little more. I understand this is work, but with the amount of hours that people put in, it is nice to feel appreciated."
