"Engineering teams and people are great but the pay is sub-par and they rant and rave about the benefits but most companies give engineers good benefits. They will also tell you that you can get overtime but fail to mention that you have to work a day for free before you start getting overtime and then the overtime is only straight pay (No time and a half). You also get a new president every 3 years so management is always changing."
