"12 rotating shifts ans supervisors who were more worried about themselves than where the company was going."

"Bring in new people who care more about the overall well being of the workers"
"Toyo is a good place to work, but at my location, the only position was Customer Service Rep. Any advancement would involve commuting to Orange County."
