"TowneBank Mortgage is an incredible company to work for. I started off as a contract employee and eventually was hired permanently about 9 months into the job. My initial job was in loan fulfillment then I gained more experience as a processor and as an underwriting assistant. The management/leadership of the company is fantastic; the only area I feel that the company is lacking in is giving employees a chance for growth within the company."
