2.9 I worked for Towne Properties for almost 4 years. I loved all of my positions with the company during that time period. I chose to leave because of poor management decisions, high turnover rates in the HR department, and lack of career mobility. There are many people in director positions over the age of 65+ that refuse to step down, causing them to lose many of their young stars due to not being paid enough or not being able to move up when they are both ready and have earned it. Also, they are very behind with technology. They have a stellar IT team that is overworked because the company doesn’t spend enough time training current employees on new programs or how to utilize the technology they are given. Pay is average or below in some positions. Overall, the company would get a 3/5.
