"Dont even apply here. The manager is a joke and pay is terrible. There is a lot of discrimination going on here."

What don't you like about working at Towne Park?

"I wish I had never even applied for this job. The manager here is an immature irresponsible young man who doesnt come in to work on time and takes too many days off. (then he leaves his work for the rest of us to do) His management skills are deplorable and I dont know how he got promoted to management. His favor for one employee has caused two people that I worked with to quit already, and another one is looking for another job. I am too. It doesnt matter how long you work here or how hard you work, you will never get anywhere or make more money. The pay is terrible, and the frustration that our lazy boss and his favorite employee create are maddening. Oh and unless you are under 40 and working on a degree, it matters not how long you have been working here, how hard you work, or what experience you bring to the table, you will never get promoted."
